SEA gymnasts from Hope Acro competed at t North West Prelims at Robin Park in Wigan on Sunday. This was a qualifying competition where the winners would earn the right to compete at the NDP British Finals in May, and other medalists to earn selection to represent the North West at the forthcoming Inter-Regional Championships in Southampton.

Isla Cook (8B) won gold and became North West champions in the Grade 3 Women's Pairs along with her partner Libby Williams (sister of Holly Williams in 11H and future SEA pupil!). They were also awarded the trophy for the highest Artistry score  the entire competition. They will head to the British Finals with a great chance of becoming national champions.
