Rosie Morris runs the Planning4change careers consultancy and has over 20 years' experience of working in schools and colleges.  Rosie holds the Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance (the Gold standard for careers) and is well connected in the careers sector.

Rosie and Lisa come into school two days per week to deliver impartial and independent 1:1 careers advice and guidance to students in all year groups, with Year 11 as a priority.  In addition, they plan and deliver group sessions to years 7-11 covering a range of topics from employabilty skills, option choices in Year 9, post 16 qualifications, apprenticeships and careers research. They run lunchtime drop-in sessions on CV writing and college/apprenticeship applications.

Mrs Morris helps to organise careers events in school and her expertise is highly valued as we continue to develop our careers education programme across the curriculum.

Parents are welcome to contact Mrs Morris RMorris@arrowsmith.wigan.sch.uk for careers related information, advice and guidance.
