Year 7 Welcome Mass at St Oswald’s Church

We were delighted to come together as a school community for our Year 7 Welcome Mass at St Oswald’s Church. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the beginning of a new journey for our Year 7 students as they settle into life at St Edmund Arrowsmith.

A heartfelt thank you to Father John. Deacon Jim, Maria, our dedicated Chaplain and the Y7 Pupils for confidently reading the prayers helping our students feel truly welcome and valued. We also extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Dumican for his thoughtful words of encouragement and for giving thanks at the end of the service. 

It was a special occasion filled with prayer, hope, and community spirit — a lovely way to mark the start of the school year.
