SEA gymnasts from Hope Acro were competing in the Northwest Prelims yesterday in Northwich, Cheshire.  The competition is the qualifying event for the British NDP Finals. The gold medal winners would go on to represent the Northwest Region against the nine other regional champions. There was huge success for SEA gymnasts. 

Emma Green (7B) won gold and became Northwest Champion in the IDP2 Women's Group category with her trio - this was a third consecutive regional title.

Holly Williams (10H) won gold with her trio in the Grade 4 Women's Group category to qualify for the British Finals. In the same category, Freya Cross (7O) finished in 4th place. 

Isobel Stirrup (8H), who is current British Grade 3 Women's Group champion with her trio, once again claimed victory to earn the chance to defend her national title. 

Eva Booth (7S), part of Hope's second current British Champion trio also defended their Northwest title in the Grade 2 Women's Groups. 

Isla Cook (7B) narrowly missed out on the victory with her partner, former SEA pupil Millie Ellison, finishing with a silver medal in the IDP1 Women's Pair. 

Amelia Roberts (Y9) finished 4th with her partner in the Grade 3 Women's Pair.
