SEA gymnasts from Hope Acrobatic Gymnastics Club were at the prestigious Spelthorne Acro Cup at the weekend competing against the best clubs in the UK.  

It was a brilliant weekend for the girls with lots of success.

Emma Green (Y9) won gold in the Grade 5 Women's Pair with her partner with an amazing combined score of 52.250 from their two routines and won by just 0.1 of a point!

Hannah Gannon (Y8) won a fantastic gold medal in the Grade 3 Women's Group with her trio, and she shared the podium with Hattie Lloyd (Y8)and Eva Booth (Y9), whose trio came 3rd for a well deserved bronze medal.

In the Grade 4 Women's Groups, Isla Cook (Y9) and Ava Earley's (Y10) trio just missed out on a medal in 4th place out of 24 partnerships in their category. Freya Cross also did brilliantly to finish 7th with her trio.

Lola Sitko (Y7) competed in the Youth Women's Pair with former SEA student Mia Ellison. It was their first competition together as a pair and they showed great potential, finishing 5th out of 24 pairs.
